Multi-instrumentalist Laurence Belfield produced and published his song Macrosphere on Mountaineer Records. With its minimalistic piano melodies, abstract drum beats and acoustic bass lines,
Macrosphere is probably leaned on to the acid jazz sector, but it also has a distinctive Mountaineer Records character.
For the artwork, Mr. Belfield wanted something out of the ordinary that could reflect the song perfectly. Together with j.ung Photography, we took on the task and started to search suitable
macrospheres in nature. In the Rursound Studio Garden, we found exactly what we were looking for and we were able to give the song a face.
