ARTWORK

Today most pieces of music only exist as a file consisting of ones and zeros. Therefore, it is important to put a face to every song. A visual stimulus can be presented as an album or single cover, booklet, light show, or music video. No matter which artwork is currently pending, it is always a new challenge for us to merge image and sound into one unit and to adapt the artwork concept to artist and project so that the overall package can give the recipient a special moment.   

As well as music, photo art is a passion of ours and even one of the Mountaineer crew is as a semi-professional photographer on the move. So, often the music projects merge with the photo projects. From the photo project "j.ung Photography", for example, some pictures were used in one or the other artwork which came out at Mountaineer Records.
